Large baked potatoes sliced 1/4 thick and blanched in Italian seasoning and chicken broth…
Then deep fried to a golden perfection. ..
Burger was 1 pound 90/10
1 table spoon fresh garlic
1 teaspoon pepper
1 table spoon spicy mustard
And all wedged together with swiss cheese..
