I took fancy and completely deep fried it!!!

So about a year ago a follower told me I didn’t really know how to cook unless I could make cordon Bleu!

Well I think anybody can… so how do I put my crazy twist on it.. easy

I DEEP FRIED IT

DIRECTIONS

1 boneless,skinless chicken breast

2 egg

2 slices deli ham

2 slices of cheese

Panko

Start by placing chicken in boiling water and cooking

Take out after it cooks and dice.. small pieces

Season lightly with salt and pepper

Add 1 egg and mix

Take burger size ring and separate chicken into 3rds.

Take 1/3 and place in ring pack tight.

Take ham cut the same size of ring and place on top..

Now cut and place cheese on top of ham..

Take 1/3 chicken and place on top.. and repeat process.

You should now have a patty size cordon Bleu burger.

Place in freezer for about a hour. This helps hold together so you can bread.

Dip in egg then panko.

Deep fry at 375 tell golden brown

Place on towel.

Wrap in tin foil and bake at 375 for 10 minutes.

This melts the rest of the cheese

Now make your burger and enjoy.
