Probably one of the healthiest dishes I will ever cook..
4 CUPS WHITE RICE
3 LARGE SLICES ONION cut in half
4 CUPS BBQ SAUCE (home made or store bought)
1 FAMILY PACK CHICKEN WINGS
add oil to hot pan and brown chicken and onions.
Add bbq sauce and cover!
Cook rice as chicken simmers.
As both cook about 10 minutes
Cut pinapple in half and dig out
Pull cooked chicken out and place on plate.
Add pinapple to pan with sauce that the chicken was in..
Add cooked rice to sauce.
Simmer for about 10 minutes. Let the rice soak up the flavor.
Place bbq rice in both half of pinapple
Add chicken wings to pinapple and rice bowl.
