A new way to enjoy breakfast

Pretty difficult dish.. making the hashbrowns was time consuming..

DIRECTIONS

1 cup hashbrowns

4 eggs

1/2 cup cheddar cheese

1 slice of bacon

1 sausage patty (pre made) diced small

Plastic wrap

Tortilla shell

1 1/2 inch stainless roll

Start by taking hashbrowns and mixing 1/2 a egg whites mix together

Lay tortilla shell down and cover with plastic wrap.

Add hashbrown mix and follow tortilla shell packing tight.

Add stainless roll coated in pam spray

Use plastic wrap and tortilla shell to roll..

Form to cannoli shape.. and freeze

Heat up fryer to 375

Start stuffing mix while fryer heating up

Bacon,eggs and remaining egg from hashbrowns, and sausage

Cook then add cheese

Set aside.

Pull hashbrowns out of freezer and slowly remove plastic wrap

Drop in fry tell gold brown.

Remove roller and place back in fryer for 1 to 2 minutes to fry in inside.

Remove and place on towel.

Place bacon on bottom and stuff egg mix.

Enjoy
