A new fun burrito concept..

I created this while camping and will be tweaking it over the next few weeks!

DIRECTIONS

6 hashbrown patties

10 sausage links

1 country gravy mix

3 slices of diced large onions

1 can of pre made biscuits

4 cups cheddar cheese

Dice sausage and cook.. add onion

When about 3/4 cooke, add hashbrowns

Don’t stir use oil from Sausage to brown hashbrowns.

Flip around tell hashbrowns are brown.

Mix gravy and add to hashbrowns.

To low to simmer.

Wait tell gravy thickens and add 2 cups of cheddar cheese.

Stir and remove from heat.

After it has cooled down set to side..

Open biscuit and smash together make one solid 1/2 thick sheet

Spoon hashbrowns mix on top..

Spread remaining cheese across hashbrowns

Roll up.. using plastic wrap to hold together..

Freeze about 45 minutes helps hold together before baking..

Bake at 375 for 14-20 minutes
