A fun and new way to enjoy steak and eggs

DIRECTIONS

8 slices of thin slice steak

2 eggs

2 small mushrooms

2 table spoons cheddar cheese

Take cupcake pan and spray or wipe with oil.. this keeps meat from sticking to pan.

Line with steak slices. If it’s to long cut down and use to patch any bare spots on the bottom on pan.

Place about 1 table spoon cheese. Then sliced mushroom

And top off with egg.

Place in oven at 375 for 12-17 minutes depending on how you like your eggs.

Remove and enjoy.
