Another fun healthy dish…
Thin slices of chicken wrapped around asparagus,mayonnaise parmesan and the n baked .
A nice deep 2 tier flavor..
4 CHICKEN BREAST
1 BUNDLE ASPARAGUS
1 CUP MAYONNAISE
1/2 CUP PARMESAN
2 CUPS SEASONED ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS
start by cutting chicken slices thin.. you should get 4 slices per chicken breast for a total of 16 slices.
Wrap asparagus with chicken. Use tooth picks to hold.
Mix mayonnaise and parmesan
Lightly spread over your chicken.
now cover in Italian bread crumbs
Place on baking pan.
Cook at 475 for 20 minutes
