I don’t know why I can’t leave well enough alone!!
I have a fascination of changing foods..
So today’s adventure was to coat my bread with hashbrowns and stuff a egg in it.. well it worked and it was amazing…
1 cup hashbrowns
1 slice potatoe bread
Start by making a hole in the center of your bread….
Then take 1 egg and make a egg wash..
Dip bread in egg wash.. covor well
Put half your hashbrowns on one side.. Press firm and pack hashbrowns.
Turn stove on and place butter in pan. Place toast in pan. With it removed from heat cover other half of toast.
You must do this in the pan!!!
Place pan back on stove after all the hashbrowns are packed firmly on bread.
Start cooking. Once hashbrowns start to brown add egg to the middle..
Cover with lid..
Cook for about 1 minute. Just enough for the egg to start to cook..
Flip and cook.. Cover with lid..
This should only take about 3-4 minutes to cook
Remove from pan..
