YOU SAY WHY???? I SAY WHY NOT

Doritos + mac = love

That’s simple math

DIRECTIONS

1 box mac and cheese or home made

1 family size bag doritos

2 eggs

2 table spoons milk.. dont matter what percentage

Start by sorting threw doritos

Get as many straight flat ones as possible..

Set aside

Take about 4 cups of the small pieces and throw in a magic bullet..

And chop.. you want it to come out like sand

You are going to be making the breading out of the doritos….

Make egg wash out of eggs and milk..

Make mac and cheese

Place mac on all of your doritos that you sorted out.. all of them

Take 2 doritos and sandwich together.

Use fingers and pack mac around edges keeping the inside the layered doritos…

Let set for 15 minutes for the cheese to set.

Place in egg wash and coat..

Then place in doritos crumbs..

Repeat process tell there all done..

Deep fry at 375 for 3-5 minutes

I think I have just mmastered onion rings!!!

I love onion rings.. I also love cheese!! And I love stuffing things….

So why not marry the 2…

So I give you the first real stuffed onion rings…

DIRECTIONS

1 onion

3 cups shredded Tillamook cheddar cheese

2 cups panko crumbs

2 cups beer batter

Start by peeling the onion

Then slice about 3/8 of a inch

Separate… all rings

Take 1 large ring and one smaller ring and set inside..

Try to match up were there’s about a 1/4 inch gap between them…

Take cheese and start stuffing around the sides..

Take long bbq skewer and run threw the center of rings and cheese..

Coat in beer batter

Coat in panko bread crumbs

Repeat tell there all completed..

Deep fry at 375 tell golden brown..

I love stuffing my garlic bread into my spaghetti.. so I decided to make a garlic bowl so I can just eat right out of it..

DIRECTIONS

1 pillsbury biscuits

1 cup leftover spaghetti  (or homemade)

1 table spoon butter

1 teaspoon garlic salt

Flatten out biscuit

Melt butter and mix garlic salt.. adjust to your tastes.

Brush garlic butter on biscuit.

Take butter side and place down in a cupcakepan..

Brush garlic on other side..

Bake at 425 for 8-12 minutes tell golden brown

Let cool and stuff with spaghetti and top with parmesan..

Yummmmm

Super fun and super easy!!!

DIRECTIONS

3 pillsbury biscuits

1/2 cup mini pepperoni

3 table spoons marinara  ( pre bought or home made

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup of butter

1 teaspoon garlic salt ( adjustable for your taste)

Melt butter and mix garlic.. set aside

Cut biscuits in half.. giving you 6 pieces

Flatten and round out.

Add 1/2 a table spoon of marinara

Then large pinch shredded mozzarella

Then large pinch pepperoni

Fold ends over and seal..

You should be able to make adjustments to cheese and pepperoni.. dont make them to big or you will have a hard time seaming..

Place seam side down..

Repeat tell all are done..

Place 3 on each side of baking sheet.. push together tight so they bake together..

Brush garlic butter on top

Bake at 425 for about 10 minutes tell golden brown

My latest kick has to do with all the left over ingredients while cooking for thanksgiving..

When I make pie I always have crust and fillings left over..

So I went down. And bought pre made crust and fillings just to show you how easy it was!!

DIRECTIONS

1 pillsbury pie crust

1 cup apple pie filling

1 table spoon sugar

Roll out dough…

Take cup and cut out cookies.

Take left over dough and roll out flat. Then cut pie strips. About 1/2 in width

Place about 1 table spoon of pie filling in the middle and gently spread out, leave yourself about 3/4 of a inch from the ends.

Take 5 strips to make top weave. 3 going 1  direction and 2opposite directions..

Press down firmly, and room ends over

Repeat tell there all done.

Grease baking sheet.

Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes tell golden brown

Melt 1 table spoon butter and brush over weave for a golden finish. ( optional )

Tired of not knowing what to do with all that leftover thanks giving goodies?????

Well this is a fun idea!!!

You can stuff or layer how ever you chose. It’s just a food concept..

I used pillsbury pre made bread and pre baked it.. trimmed to fit my dish and started stuffing..

DIRECTIONS

1 pillsbury pizza container

4 cup cheddar shredded cheese

And any leftovers

I used mashed potatoes,stuffing and turkey

6 cups of each..

Bake bread… Follow directions

Part in half

Trim to fit your pan my pan was 8×8

Place bread on bottom..

Layer half your ingredients.. in order

Mashed potatoes,cheese,stuffing then turkey..

Add 2nd bread..

Then add the other half.. in order

Mashed potatoes,stuffing,turkey then cheese..

Bake at 375 for 15 minutes to melt all the cheese.

I made extra gravy to drizzle all over the top on my plate.

Serves 4-6

This morning I woke up and decided to stuff a crescent.. and it was wonderful.

You can take any twist you like. Or just make it the way I did.. either way it’s a win win..

DIRECTIONS

1 PILLSBURY CRESCENT

1 EGG

1/4 CUP CHEESE

1 slice bacon

Cut up Bacon and fry..

Use bacon fat to cook Scrabbled egg

Roll out crescent..

Place 3/4 of your cheese across..

Add bacon  then egg

Top with the rest of your cheese.

Roll and bake..

Follow directions on package

350 for 10 minutes
